Ive been flying the Bf110 and getting shot down alot during attacks on airfields esp. Then when flying a shturmovick against some 110's it hit me....... when the Bf110 does a banking turn its a "side of a barn" almost immpossible not to hit. "Big" planes , bombers fly straight normally , presenting less of a target and less time as a target. where as the Bf110 "hangs there" in a turn presenting a nice bullseye to any plane on its six.
So ive stopped turning too close to any AA guns. And when a enemy plane gets on my 6 i fly nap of the earth therefore keeping them in the field of fire of my rear guns and i fly straight, to present a smaller target. its seems to have made a difference i am still alive in my latest Bf110 campaign.
just something i noticed.
