Hello everyone,
I have a few questions for those of you who are gamers.
My laptop is still kicking but I am having difficulty with speed and graphics since the game I play has updated with a patch.
I have decided to just do a complete upgrade and purchase a new laptop.
I have found a few laptops that have better graphic cards but I donít know enough about newer setups to choose the best one.
1000 dollars, thats my budget. Got my eyes on one of the ASUS ROG laptop on this list; http://technemag.com/best-gaming-laptop-under-1000/.
Or if you could recommend a laptop on this list: https://www.cnet.com/topics/laptops/best-laptops/gaming-laptops/

I want to keep costs down, and I could use some help choosing, thanks a lot :)

I would never advise anyone to get a laptop for gaming because they are quickly obsolete, overheat and cannot be upgraded. $1000 could buy you a desktop and in a few year it would only require selling the graphics card and buying a new one... so $300 upgrade instead of a $1000 laptop (Probably $1100 then).

For less than $900 you could pick up a new tower with Intel Core i5 6500 | Radeon RX 480 8G | 8 GB DDR4 1TB HDD win 10 and you'll find a monitor for $100

I know a lot of people say a desktop is stuck in one place and a laptop is portable but 95% of most laptop owners use them in the same room all the time... plus the batteries last such a short time and constantly being plugged in will burn the battery out.
