Penalty for teamkilling

We realy need a penalty for teamkilling because it starts getting out of hand, just like it did in R6S.
Since there is no penalty at all no one watches his swings, even he kicks teammember off the ledge on purpose... just to get the killing blow for execution.

As long as they can differentiate purposeful team killing or attacking from accidental. I don't know how many times I have been attack, only for a teammate to then get in my way, so I accidentally hit them.
