If you didn't get an answer on support, you won't get one here either.

Because you should when you buy something and it's broken. If i buy a car and it won't start i'll demand my money back as well.

Or if you spend $108 on the Gold Edition and only get the Deluxe Edition content. I mean there are more legitimate reasons people can ask for a refund of their money. I don't even have my 30 days champion status get or those extra scavenger crates so a refund should be granted in my case. Now if someone wants a refund because the game has some issues on launch but is still playable, that's a different issue. If you buy a candy bar and take a bite out of it, you should get a refund. Or in my case, you buy a candy bar and there is no candy in it, then a refund should be granted.

A lot of game companies are starting to allow refund. Since steam started their refunds others had to join in. EA offers the Great game guarantee...

"Refund requests can be made within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase, or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first. And if you purchase a new EA game within the first 30 days of its release date and can't play it due to technical reasons within EA's control, you can request a refund within 72 hours after you first launch the game instead of 24."

EA is also one of the only studios that will not allow you to buy games in steam. Therefor you can buy a game in steam, and get a refund, or you can buy a game in Origin, and get a better refund policy. Everyone is super pissy about all of these gaming studios having their own launchers, but it does create some competition in regards to protecting their consumers.

I feel that game studios are having to do this because the player base is becoming more skeptical of over hyped games, since No Man Sky. Ubisoft's track record is diminishing with bad PC releases, such as the division with its graphical downgrade and hacker issues. The Division also did not feel like a complete game without a couple DLC packs. They are blowing their chance to recover with issues like this, and players that want a refund should get it. It hasn't even been a week since release and the excitement for some players is already gone.

Depends on what you call playable. I've had over 30 errors so far this hour and havent been able to complete or even start a single round yet. I bought a product that should work the moment i buy it, not a month later. This is just a handfull of the things i had today:

I got like 20 of the errors from the picture but every screenshot would look the same, so no reason to post them all.
