Im just wondering if Ubisoft is aware of the huge number of connectivity issues like DC's and matchmaking taking too long. So please, Ubisoft, just answer me this: are you guys working on a fix for those issues? Thanks.

Same here, I enjoyed the game during the free weekend and purchased the $99.00 deluxe edition. Only to recieve none of the rewards and i have not been able to enter a single multiplayer game in 50+ tries. My NAT is green and open. Great internet and all of my other xbox games run fine like always. Even un unstalling and reinstalling did nothing. They have through Tuesday to resolve this or myself and many others will begin disputing charges with the bank and getting refunds. Silence is not an option roll out a large scale fix or lose money no other full price game ever has these issues!

1st that was a beta. 2nd yes almost all games that have a large player base have issues in the first week of release with servers and matchmaking.
They have said somewhere else (forgot where) that they are looking into a fix for the rewards issues some players are having.
But even on PC the server issues are pretty bad at times.

Definetely, I know a lot of big games have problems on launch week, but I feel like this one has WAY too many and Ubi is silent about it. I just want this game to be sucessful and hopefully an E-sport, but that wont happen if Ubi ignores us or tell us to contact the support team.

a friend with a similar issue

So I have the transcript from contacting Ubisoft Support. Here's what I've found concerning the issue.

Carter P (2/17/2017, 2:00:24 AM): Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Live Support. Please give me a moment to review your case. In the meantime, feel free to add any additional information that may pertain to your issue, and I will be with you shortly.
Carter P (2/17/2017, 2:01:15 AM): Hello Rhodri331, how are you doing today?
Me (2/17/2017, 2:01:26 AM): I'm very irritated.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:01:35 AM): Both with the cheating and with things pertaining to the Deluxe Pack
Me (2/17/2017, 2:01:46 AM): One issue at a time though.
Carter P (2/17/2017, 2:02:20 AM): Alright, for the missing content. What in particular are you missing?
Me (2/17/2017, 2:02:33 AM): Special Execution SMOKE Effect
Me (2/17/2017, 2:02:41 AM): http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...7#post12323867
Me (2/17/2017, 2:02:52 AM): http://i.imgur.com/nccQEEb.jpg
Me (2/17/2017, 2:03:04 AM): As viewed by the image of the back of my game case, that's what was advertised
Me (2/17/2017, 2:04:28 AM): http://help.support.ubi.com/images/F..._Deluxe_US.png
Me (2/17/2017, 2:04:30 AM): Not this
Carter P (2/17/2017, 2:04:38 AM): Our team is aware that retail packaging for the Deluxe and Gold Edition incorrectly states the inclusion of the Smoke Execution Effect.

Changes sometimes occur during the launch process, which resulted in us adjusting the bundle to include a different execution effect the Sunbeam Execution Effect.

Our digital packaging currently lists the correct information, but we unfortunately have missed some physical retail packages. We apologize for any confusion.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:05:11 AM): By the literal MILLIONS that were printed and deployed?
Me (2/17/2017, 2:05:43 AM): Not to mention I still had to pay the in game currency as for the execution effect.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:05:51 AM): So I'm calling BS.
Carter P (2/17/2017, 2:09:10 AM): I'm sorry you feel that way, however, there is nothing more we can do on the matter. As for the cheater report, I will send this information you have attached to this ticket to the proper teams for further investigation. Thank you for reporting this.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:09:28 AM): There's plenty more you can do on the matter
Me (2/17/2017, 2:09:55 AM): You can accredit my account with the cost in "steel" currency to recompense what I spent on the sunbeam that was erroneously locked.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:10:10 AM): You can dispatch a code for the "smoke" effect as it was advertised and just follow through.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:10:30 AM): But what you are trying to tell me in the most polite manner is "to go **** myself".
Carter P (2/17/2017, 2:11:29 AM): As said before, there is nothing further that will be done on this issue. If you do not have any other issues, I will have to end this chat.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:12:02 AM): Unfortunate. False Advertising is still a big issue.
Me (2/17/2017, 2:12:07 AM): I guess we're done here.
Carter P (2/17/2017, 2:12:35 AM): As you have no further issues I can assist you with, I will be ending this chat. Have a nice day
Me (2/17/2017, 2:12:37 AM): At least the cheater will be taken care of.
-end chat

So like I said in the chat, essentially they are telling me to go **** myself. I may not be a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that leaves them open to False Advertising suits. Happy litigating!

Probably fixing the game. Just give them a week. They just put out upcoming patch notes that will no doubt have more stuff added on to it.

I hope you're right, but it woudn't hurt to hear a "Hey guys, we are aware of the issues and already working on a fix".

They have done on some posts in the last few days, probably why they aren't replying to similar ones currently.

I'll search a little bit more then, so far I saw nothing.

I'm in the same boat. Previously in the tests they were quick to reply. However things are on fire, more issues popped up from OB to Launch. I'm sure they're patting out what they can without slowing down their other processes.
