View Full Version : Where's my season pass/deluxe content?

I don't know if anyone else is encountering this issue, but I bought the gold edition today, waited for it to install and couldn't wait to get on! Didn't realise the extra's that I got but soon looked into it and hadn't gotten any of them, no champion status, no loot crates nada! I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of it. And still nothin! I've essentially paid 80 for the base game..

Hi officialgordo - we're aware of issues with players being unable to redeem deluxe content and are currently looking into it. However you should have access to the season pass (champ status, crates, emote, emblem). If you don't see any of those items, please support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315) and they can help look into your account and make sure everything is in order.
