3 boxes of premium rapiñador

And digital deluxe:
7 days champion status

i bought the deluxe edition and didnt get the 7 days champion status... please UBISOFT i need it for the first week or it doesnt have the same effect :P

I bought the deluxe edition also and couldn't figure out how to get my champion status/why it wasn't showing up. I did some searching and came across this post on the For Honor Reddit sub:

I contacted Ubisoft, pretty much all they said was they are aware of the issue and they have no ETA on the fix. I also asked what happens if it dont get fixed and if there will be some kind of compensation for the extra 30 dollars for the gold edition. nothing was said on that except it will get fixed

So can anyone confirm if the Gold Edition was supposed to already have all the players unlocked? If so I got screwed a bit there, but not as badly as others in here. I got the other items but I had to unlock all my heroes.

Lucky you, i didnt even receive my collectors edition in the mail yet. Contacted support, no reply, no emails, nothing. Spent all that money and cant even get them to answer me.. Nice one Ubi.

So I have the deluxe edition and didn't receive any of the thing promised.... After digging around (and seeing that I'm not alone) I read on another thread that a solution is to go back and delete the Beta... Then re-install your edition that you have. Tried last night haven't looked for confirmation yet but will post an update.

This is a serious issue for gamers who bought either Deluxe of Gold editions. Basically we didn't need to because by the time this is resolved the Standard Edition players will be at the same point. Shortly there will be no advantage to buying these two editions and Ubisoft would be better giving us a refund and accepting they have had a major launch mess. I for one am now worried about the success of the Wildlands launch which I bought the Gold Edition too. Big mistake.

I'be been in chat with Xbox Support and they did their best but it's clearly an issue with the Ubisoft launch. All you can do is raise a support ticket on the Ubisoft Support website and wait until they can think of how to spin this mess. At this point they have our money so why bother themselves.

I read in another thread that a couple people had success buying a steel pack. It somehow makes the system suddenly recognize that you have the deluxe/gold editions. I was going to buy some steel anyway, so I tried it and it worked. This has also worked for a friend of mine. Not an acceptable solution I understand, but give it a try if you wish. Other than "we are aware of the issue", I have not seen anything concrete from Ubi for this widespread issue with deluxe/gold buyers.

Yes I just bought 5 dollars in steel and everything unlocked. Socks I had to spend another 5 bucks to get what I'd already paid for. But hey it worked.

I was able to redeem my code and download the season pass and the deluxe pack, but none of my rewards show when I actually load the game. Come on Ubisoft

Before I ask for a refund.

Who are we to contact, Gamestop? or the Ubisoft?

I literally got nothing except for SOME reason, I randomly get extra XP but it doesnt say champion status

so
No 3 Unique Helmet Crests
No Sunbeam Effect during executions or Emotes
No Emblem
No Crates
No Day 1 War Pack
No 6 new characters!!!


Please help.

Just purchased the $5 dollar steel pack since I wasn't getting my boosts and everything unlocked, did some digging on the other forums and reddit and it has worked for others as well. Sucks that we have to spend an extra $5 for something we've already paid for but I wanted my content and god knows how long it would have taken Ubi to fix it. Try this and see if you guys can get your content as well.

I have the season pass ticket installed and the deluxe pack, but I don't have the 7 day champ status, the outfits, the 30 day champ status or any scavenge crates but the ornaments, sunbeam effects and one border for my emblem I do have. This makes no sens at all how do I have some content but im missing the only content that I even wanted, Great job as always UBISOFT top tir. I was also wondering is there suppose to be a code to put in for the digital copy of the gold edition because I never got one???

I tried the $5 thing on PS4, no real luck. The back of my PS4 Gold Edition case says that the Deluxe Edition which was supposedly unlocked by the code came with a "Special Execution Smoke Effect".

If that's to say that it is the shadow effect in game that has a price tag of 5000 steel, then I'm confused by what that is supposed to mean. Is it supposed to be unlocked, or is the shadow effect only available because I have the Deluxe Edition?

I paid $5 to unlock steel and receive my items for the deluxe and season pass. I got the items but my emblem editor is still grayed out as well as being able to see other people's emblems.

I also don't have the smoke effect! I added the sunbean from uplay as a workaround but then I ended up getting my items so that was a waste...

Anyone else havingg this problem?

I bought the Gold Edition for Xbox One from a retailer. I used the code int he package and the system shows I downloaded the deluxe pack but There is no access to or any additional content in-game. Would I have to show proof of purchase in order to fix my situation?

I've had the same issue with my Gold Edition on Xbox One. It's definitely been a widespread problem. I waited two hours yesterday in the queue to chat with ubisoft support and was able to open a support ticket but so far nothing has been fixed. All he told me was that they are aware of the issue and are working on getting it resolved. I hope they do soon.

I have the Gold Edition of Wildlands pre-ordered. I really hope Ubisoft doesn't drop the ball with that one too...

You have collected thousands of dollars from your customers for a product or service that you promised but never delivered. "Being checked into" hardly seems like an adequate response to me. It would be nice to hear that you are fixing this or are prepared to refund our money.

We, your customers, don't need to check into anything at this point to know that we've been defrauded. We've already "checked into it". We didn't get what we paid for. Period. Please FIX this with a refund or resolution to the issue as soon as possible.

Or, tell us to "shove off". That would be better than, "we're looking into it."

I also got suckered in with the description of the season pass, as there was no mention of the characters being free to standard edition players, I assumed that was what the extra cash was gonna get me. No actual gold edition gifts and the characters are only early for 7 days? Do we still have to unlock them with steel? What did I actually pay for?? I really wish there was some transparency and honesty in these season pass deals...

I'll be honest, I don't think any store page was changed prior to release and I wouldn't be surprised if this was a literal last minute change. Places still list it(hell, they had apparently already printed the case covers) and even with the removal of it from the ubi store, they still messed up and list the sunbeam effect twice(once where they swapped it for the sun effect and then where it originally was in the gold edition checklist listed as an emote, not an emote effect). They more than likely already have the thing made, they should either give to the people who should have it or give us some steel in return.

Same here, I enjoyed the game during the free weekend and purchased the $99.00 deluxe edition. Only to recieve none of the rewards and i have not been able to enter a single multiplayer game in 50+ tries. My NAT is green and open. Great internet and all of my other xbox games run fine like always. Even un unstalling and reinstalling did nothing. They have through Tuesday to resolve this or myself and many others will begin disputing charges with the bank and getting refunds. Silence is not an option roll out a large scale fix or lose money no other full price game ever has these issues!

It should be looked into and fixed by Tuesday or a whole lot of us will be disputing these charges with our banks and getting refunds. No other full price game has given me so many issues. Fix or not i still might take my money back just to avoid any future headache, what a turd of a game/company.

Please bear in mind that as many users were affected, you might not be able to reach an agent right away, but we are working as quickly as we can to resolve all the cases that are coming through.

Same issue here, I have the Gold Edition
I dont have my 3 Scavenger Crates,
I didnt get my 30 days of Champion Status
I didnt get my Exclusive Emblem
I didnt get my Sunbeam Emote

I didnt get anything,that comes with the Gold Edition

Please help


When I go to my Xbox Games and Apps Page it shows The Deluxe Edition and Season Pass both installed
Any help is greatly appreciated

I bought Gold Edition and didnt get most part of the content yet... Tried to leave a ticket on the support page and it displayed this message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.". It has been like that from yesterday, so writting here is my last chance... Anyone got some advice?

How about us getting that Smoke execution effect that was promised to us literally everywhere prerelease and is still listed in places(like the back of my game case) that you guys quietly switched out without telling any of us right before release and then gave what was a gold edition exclusive to the deluxe version and then didn't add something in place of the sunbeam emote for the gold edition?

The Deluxe Edition code worked and is installed on my Xbox but when I load into the actual game I don't get all the things it comes with. I'm missing everything.

I am having problems as well with the digital deluxe pack, it looks like I got the season pass and the helmet ornaments for the characters. I did not receive the champion status, the legendary outfits and as well as a couple gear packs that were suppose to come with the digital deluxe pass. Hope you can help me out with this issue Ubisoft.

Oh come on with that, the smoke effect was advertised for MONTHS up to the release and what was listed when most of us preordered. You didn't have the courtesy to even make an announcement about the change, you changed it under our nose, what, a couple days before release? And what about us who got the Gold edition? The sunbeam emote was listed for the longest time as being exclusive to us, but then you just went and handed it out to everybody who got the deluxe edition as well without compensating us with a new item in exchange.

Seriously. Could anyone file in a case and win? I mean we gold edition buyers and deluxe edition buyers deserve some huge nice compensation. Or get sued for false advertising which will cost them more than they would like.

Those special contents were advertised as if they were exclusive for us. It doesnt feel unique at all to buy the special edition of this game.
Give us free access to all customization options without spending steels or atleast give us 5000 steel to buy smoke effect. You owe us that ubisoft.

I purchased the gold edition For Honor through the playstation network however come release day I felt that I only got the original game. I do have champion status and have the option to unlock everything else for a price however I was under the impression it would have already been done. It doesn't seem that the seasone pass is availble yet either...so the point of this is what exactly did my additional 40 dollars purchase that I currently do not have now, since the content I have doesn't seem the equivalent of the gold edition.

well i did that and they are telling me that there is no way to regenerate the code, a code that i received 15 days after my pre-order date, and 9 days after the game release, i had NO IDEA about its existence before today, and now the code is not only unusable because its a 16digits on PS4 (only 12Digits code on PSN) but also the instructions on the email doesn't work, and your support team is telling me that they can't regenerate it, who's asking for a regeneration ?

Then I opened my steam library but I did not have it even though I bought it. In the steam shop it is still displayed as if I had not bought it yet. In my shopping list but that I paid it and bought it. From For Honor itself I have also received a purchase confirmation e-mail for the seasonpass, now I stand there and do not continue.:(:(

This sounds like an issue with the steam purchase, so it may be helpful to first go through Steam's customer support and double check that the purchase went through. If they can confirm that the transaction was indeed processed, and it still doesn't register in the FH game client, that's when you'll benefit by sending in a ticket to us at support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315) so we can make sure it's properly activated on your account.
