Hello! Apologies but we've been experiencing issues with Uplay which has caused PC users to be unable to connect. It should be up and running as of right now but if you experience these problems again please contact support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315). Try restarting your uplay client. A patch was released not too long ago and it appears to be functioning on my end. If you still can't connect please contact support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315)! Thanks!

I'm on an x box and i have the same issue. I was mid game when i booted me out, saying the servers were unreachable. i tried restarting the game, switching Wifis, even restarted my x box. But no changes. but my brother is using his x box in the other room, playing the beta without any problems. And we have this issue all the time with Seige. No other games we own do this. Is there a server issue or what?

Seeing as how your brother isn't having any issues it might be an issue with your XB1 connectivity. Try taking a look at this XB1 connectivity troubleshooting thread (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1571397-Xbox-Connectivity-Troubleshooting) and see if any of that helps. If not please contact support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315) and they'll be able to help you out!
