View Full Version : Haven't Received My R6 Credit

I bought R6 Credit 2 hrs ago & still have yet to receive them. I was emailed the receipt saying it went through so I don't know if this is normal because I've never experienced it taking so long before or is it due to the server problems and it just hasn't updated into my account yet.

Same problem. I've been waiting for 3 days now and customer support don't even answer me =)

Why is this such a problem, it seems like such an easy fix. I shouldn't have to be waiting this long to have this fixed; it's unacceptable. It says they're working on my case but seems like they aren't doing anything. If they were really working on it, it would've been solved within minutes.
