After playing more than 20 hours, on different days, reaching level 12, without installing anything on the computer, one day stopped working, not start. We have done everything mentioned in the forums, uninstall UPLAY and reinstalled it, restarting the computer when it is disassembled and installed, WE DO NOT ACHIEVE IT TO WORK.
As it might be that it stops working from one day to another, it is really incredible the error that has, is original, bought by STEAM, I need a solution, thank you very much already

Hola netRacergabriel

I found this in the steam forum.

1. Uninstall Uplay. This can be done from Add or Remove Programs. However, it leaves files behind which you must delete.

2. Go into Program Files (x86) and delete the folder named Ubisoft

3. Restart computer. (This is important for some reason)

4. Reinstall Uplay from the Uplay webdite. Link: http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/about#link

5. Restart computer again.

6. Delete the temporary files from your computer:Click Start > Run > type %temp% > OK > click Edit > Select All > Delete.

7. Launch Assassin's Creed 2.
