Did I get anyone attention? I know there are some diehard aircobra jocks in here and I'm assuming some of you know some stuff about the bird. Well could any of you guys lead me to any sites or information on older variants e.g. Ds and P400s?

LOL

First learn how to spell it: It's Airacobra, NOT Aircobra.

I have tons of links bookmarked. What, specifically are you looking for? Performance? Camo? Deliveries to USSR? Aces? I'll see if I can point you in the right direction.

The D model was very common in USSR. Dunno why it wasn't put in the sim.

I would really like drawings showing panel lines and details like that. Kinda like the ones of the bf110 on this site:http://www.aviacherteg.narod.ru/avia/Drawings/WWII/WWII_LWF/Bf-110/Bf-110_ML/110_ML.htm

I would think they might have P39 stuff too there, but I can't read russian so I cant really navigate the site.

Perhaps text-only articles are not what you seek, but good articles on the P-39 series can be found here (http://home.att.net/~jbaugher1/p39.html).

In addition, if you are interested, similar articles on the P-63 can be found here (http://home.att.net/~jbaugher1/p63.html).

Mainly I need the panel lines for the wing top and bottom. I also need some references for markings, like the warning stickers and all that little writing that is all over the plane.
