Have you improved the collision detection between AI aircraft in 1.22?

I have been flying several missions (about 6) without opening formation and have not yet had a collision. Neither have wingmen in other flights. If so, once again, great stuff.

Another thing I`ve noticed since 1.22 after flying a few missions... Wingmen do not seem to want to attack Bombers sometimes.

I`ve had a couple of situations where I had to order my 2 wingmen to attack 3 to 4 times before they would. On one occasion they just flew around above like floating fish- I was forced to attack the HE111s alone because they were getting away.

I got shot down.

I am sure something is wrong here. Will you at least take a look?

Actually that is not as ridiculous as it may seem. It`s had me wondering.... But even so, we should then have the ability to put such cowardice on a charge. Or even have them shot!

Not sure about cowardice, but there's still the odd quirk in the AI that makes you smile. Was on a shipping protection mission with a couple of AI the other day when we attacked and took down a couple of torpedo equipped Heinkels accompanied by Stukas. Both the AI Hurris got hit in the radiators and had to make forced landings soon after (as did I).

However the AI fellas both chose to head out into the watery wilderness and flop into the briney, rather than use the miles of perfectly servicable beaches available on nearby islands for wheels-down landings.

Still, they did their country a service before they went swimming, so I salute them.
