I take it everyone has noticed the reflection of the pilot in the mirror?

It's actually quite a neat effect but not quite right somehow - the transparency is wrong or something. (I can't put my finger on what's wrong about it exactly)

If you haven't seen it take out the Spit and enable the the mirror - hit autopilot and check out the pilots head moving about.

Anyone know how this is going to be dealt with in the patch?

Are they going to remove the effect or fix it?

Patch?....

" you were in a 4g inverted dive with a Mig29?.. at what range?"..

"I dunno?..3 meters.."

"what were you doing there?"

"giving them the patch..you know, keeping up foreign relations"..

"yes, I know the patch, Goose"

"..sorry, ..I hate it when it does that"

Ive noticed it only once, I dont usually fly with mirrors, kills my fps. Although I have also noticed that there are 2 different settings for the mirror(in any aircraft equipped). Once shows just the basics, hit it again and it shows everything.

All I saw in the mirror was my wife's lawyer asking for more money.

Speaking of mirrors, what's that big silver colored block that takes up most of the view on the P38's mirror? I can't figure it out http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

The Spit is (so far) the only one where you can skin the mirror.
I tried it and placed something in the mirror (other than the standard river). You can actually see it in the outside views.
The first person discovered it in about a week (it's in all my Spits).
And it has also been helpfull in identifying skinners who 'borrowed' my work http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
