Hello,

I recently bought assassins creed unity and while playing it crashed saying ACU.exe stopped working... on Sequence 2 Memory 1

I've been waiting this for long and I finally bought it, not to crash on me!

I have a gaming laptop with high specs so I don't think it's the reason...

Any fix?

-My drivers are updated.
-I tried verifying game files.
-I disabled the ingame online options...

I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW! I WAITED LONG ENOUGH FOR THE UPDATES AND FOR THE GAME TO DOWNLOAD... IT TOOK ME 7 days! AND NOW I CAN'T PLAY IT.

PLEASE HELP...

I tried most of the above!

My laptop's specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

Core i7-6700HQ

16384MB RAM

NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960M
memory 12170 MB

Speakers Realtek High Definition Audio. (I tried disabling it since some people had the game crashing because of realtek)

Hello and welcome to the Forums,

Have you tried running the game as admin or in compatibility mode?

If this doesn't help, please get in touch with our Support team (https://support.ubi.com/) so they can troubleshoot this with you.

Try making sure you turn off Nvidia ShadowPlay or the Radeon equivalent. I had problems with the 900 series and Unity when I upgraded from my 780ti's that caused my game to crash.

Shadowplay (I think it might be called "share" now, but I'm not sure) is not a nice program, in fact geforce experience is very resource hungry and is not something anyone should have installed on their pc. There is a new and much better version but it is rumoured to be possibly linked to a geforce club that requires a facebook or google account to log in and will possibly lock away "game ready" drivers... which is no big deal because game ready drivers are rarely "game ready" and existing drivers already work :)
