so long story short

I got the animus edition for all the current main assassins creed games on PC by buying it off the uplay download store.

currently I have beaten revelations and am trying to get all the weapons and such

However when I go into Sophia's shop to find the book for the lost archive dlc its nowhere to be found. I know the location of it its just not there.

is there anyone who can help me out with this? tell me how to fix it? cause im pretty sure it should be there.

As long as the DLC has been activated in uplay you should be able to access the lost archives from the main menu.

where on the main menu?

cause when I go to extra's and click on it it just brings me to a websight.

how do I activate the dlc if I didn't already? I thought it was all already activated cause of me downloading the animus pack

Does the DLC show at Account Information -> My Games under AC Revelations in Uplay?

Before, we could download the DLCs from Uplay, but then they changed it last year and old games suffer. Until they make Uplay perfect, here's a workaround:

If Uplay doesn't download the DLC, install it manually: https://mega.nz/#!fVAgETyJ!bTYM3qU-zCcRiW8HPr2JrVH1712kF-4fQenm7A9WNG0
Glad I didn't delete the installer :D

If you get an error that it could not retrieve version number, get this fix: https://mega.nz/#!GdJWjTiD!PNRR0bhmsvsSjri5N3lE2-dReN6NYi9abdCzXRQOPWQ
It's a registry fix which changes the ACR version from 1 to 1.03.

In your AC Revelations folder, but it should automatically recognize it.

Thanks for the help. Still didnt work for me. The installer didnt install anything because I think it found the files were there but I guess this is still helpful for those that didn't get it. I think all I'm missing is the code.

It didn't work for me too. Any other solution or we won't be able to play the DLC at all??

I contacted support just now. They mentioned making a case/ticket open to the UPlay shop team. When they fix it/add codes they'll send out a mass email to us.

I mentioned the Black Flag Season Pass too possibly (not sure if we have to pass sequence 6 to unlock Freedom Cry) but that's likely the same problem too.

He said he had a check to see if all the content was bonded to my account and it was, but just missing the codes. Hopefully we get this resolved soon

Hi guys.

I contacted Ubisoft Support, and after a short wait, I managed to chat with them. Apparently, there is a problem with the key for the Lost Archives DLC. Just tell them that you cannot access it, they will check it out, they will give you a code, and after redeeming it, the LOST ARCHIVES menu input will appear, as it should.

Good luck!

I believe you must complete sequence 6 before you can access Freedom Cry but as others have posted in different threads... even though the games/ dlc was already linked to their accounts, they got support to re add the games/ dlc to their accounts and it solved the problem.

Did you submit a ticket? I am trying to solve this too and sadly, no response from Ubi so far.

EDIT: Also, looking at your older posts and their timestamp - did it really take the whole January to resolve this?

This also worked for me. Thanks so much for posting. After spending a lot of money one the animus pack, the two games I've played so far have had issues with DLC. I couldn't get the Copernicus Conspiracy DLC for Brotherhood despite buying the Deluxe version, and the Lost Archive wasn't in Revelations. Very poor form Ubisoft!!
