Can't Activate Freedom Cry DLC

I bought Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag and the Freedom Cry DLC on steam. I was successful in activating Black Flag, but when I went to put Freedom Cry's Key it registered, but it never downloaded, and it doesn't show any sign of it being purchased on Uplay. Can anybody help me to figure out how to get it on Uplay?

when you play Black flag it should be in the top right corner of your menu, it might say Aveline but there should also be a picture od Adewale as well. If not, you need to contact support and open a ticket.
