View Full Version : Assassin's Creed III Season Pass problem.

So I purchased Assassin's Creed III Season Pass. I wanted to play The Tyranny of King Washington but it said to activate the DLC with a code. I've got the code and I went to the Extras Menu where I entered it, and it said "Thank You...". I cannot play it and I haven't received any Emails from Ubisoft. What do I need to do? Thank you.

I never bought the dlc... so I'm not sure if you have to get to a certain point before you can access it but you should be able to start it from the menu it shows up for me below single player then multiplayer and above options.....but if I click on it, it takes me to the ubi store, but for you it should start. Have you verified your game files? I'd do that just to make sure nothing is missing.

When I want to play the DLC it says to introduce a code that I've already introduced... Nothing more.... I send a ticket but it's about 3 days and they did not answer it.

I do not know if this will help...
open uplay and in the top right corner click on your name (or the picture)
then go to account information
then go to my games
then click Assassin's creed 3
and it should expand and show the DLC
then click show key and copy the DLC key and try to activate it again
if it says keys has already been activated, then it is attached to your account, you should try verifying the game a few times and if it still has not unlocked then I think you will have to wait until support contact you. I hope you get it soon :)

I think they're busy with the Holiday. I think they will answer my ticket. Thank you for the answer!
