View Full Version : Assassins Creed Black Flag, Season pass issue

I've played through to Sequence 5, and I still can not use any of the season pass extras, checked with harbour masters and in the cabin, when I click on additional content from the main menu it just brings up the uplay overlay and it's telling me I need to buy it, but on my game launch page it clearly states all the dlc I own and when I click on them they all say owned.

Any advice ?

I'm afraid there are a few people with this problem at the moment if you check some of the other threads you'll see. They have opened tickets with support and I suggest you do the same, but watch out to see if any of them post an answer. merry christmas

hey im still stuck with the same problem untill now...did u solve the problem yet?i cannot do nothing with the season pass...just it was written in overview column that i own several dlc...but i cannot access even one of them..and yet also i got no confirmation email nor cd key for season pass after the payment...

Which sequence/memory are you on? Have you tried verifying your files in Uplay (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Faqs/000019000/How-Do-I-Install-Uninstall-Verify-A-Game-in-Uplay)?

Hey thx for ur respond...
to be honest i finished my regular storyline...my progress is 96%..
i tried several times verifying the files even to reinstall it and yet i still cannot access any of the dlc pack which contained in season pass...
i sent my complaint several days ago yet still no answer untill now...
