Hello Folks,

A new version of the Uplay PC Client have been released today that contains a lot of bug fixes as well as general improvements to the client.

Changes in this release:


Further improvements to prevent users from being dropped unnecessarily due to inactivity.


Bug Fixes:


Fixed a bug where some notification settings would not be remembered after a client restart
Fixed a bug where your Ubisoft Club progression in the client and on the Ubisoft Club website would sometimes not match
Fixed a display issue where the completed status of Actions would sometimes not be shown correctly until the client was restarted
Fixed a display issue where tooltips would not fit into their allocated space
Fixed a display issue where news images would not appear correctly on the game page for preordered games
Fixed a rare client crash that occurred when installing game dependencies
Fixed a rare issue where certain parts of the client would not always update correctly on game launch

Mes identifiants ne sont plus reconnus (malgré une demande de renouvellement de mot de passe) depuis la mis eŕ jour du 15 Décembre!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After this update I can't log in uPlay with my account.

It asks for my email and password to log for the first time in my PC (and it's not the first time I log in here) and when I put them, it just ignores like I've written something wrong.

Can anyone help me?

Edit FIXED:
OK, I was set to Always Log In Offline Mode. Unchecked that, and got in just fine.
Hope this helps someone else.

I can't log in to uplay.

Why do I need to log in when I have purchased the game?????

I own a stack of UBISOFT games that I cant play since I have to use the ****ty UPLAY login piece of crap that never works! When is this going to get fixed or make a patch for the games to NOT use this ******** interface! I can tell you this, I'm never buying any UBISOFT games again due to this insult from a company that makes and market their games well, but never comes through on supporting them.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hello,

Are you able to log in now? If not, are you in offline mode (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faqs/000016033/How-Do-I-Run-the-Uplay-PC-Client-in-Offline-Mode-PC/)? Can you please try running Uplay as admin? If this also does not help, get in touch with our Support team (https://support.ubi.com/) directly.

Hi,
i cant log in . After uplay update i had this failure.
When are you going to fix this Problem ?
We pay for games and cant use it !

start in admin mode - nothing happens
offline not selected

Any chance for the next update to include an option to not have Uplay window and application still running after finishing a game? Not minimise system to tray. I would program it myself if I had the skills haha.

Hi when will we se an option to cast games to TV from uplay client just like you can do from steam?:cool:
