My graphic cards driver is update as too the drivers of all PC and tried a lot of things to fix it (compatibility and other things).

If you are running the game through steam make sure you have the latest uplay launcher.
turn off antivirus.
verify game files in uplay (or verify game cache in steam)
turn off steam and uplay overlays in settings.
did you do a clean installation when you updated to nvidia driver 375.95

On steam there is a solution marked assetto corsa which I think is a game that might cause a conflict. so if you have that game, google assetto corsa assassin's creed syndicate and it will say how to change that game to not conflict with nvidia game profiles.

I hope this helps... as for R6 Siege I have played a few hundred hours in it, and it is brilliant, if you have friends, make a custom match and play against them... it is huge fun.

Also I should add that sometimes overclocking causes crashes, so if you over clock your 970 it may cause a problem.
And make sure no other programs like fraps or afterburner are running as these can also crash the game sometimes.
