Two things....

First off I've got a problem with the Hurricanes. Beginning with the Mk.II series the Hurricane was modified to carry weapons under the wings. The Mk.IIB and Mk.IIC should have one hardpoint under each wing and should be able to carry either two 100, 250 or 500-lb. bombs or as an alternative 8 60-lb. air-to-ground rockets (four under each wing), or an external fuel tank under each wing.

Why wasn't this implemented into the game?

Also, the P-40E should be able to carry a 100-lb. bomb under each wing as well in addition to the various stores on the centerline.

P-40M wing hardpoints should allow for bombs up to 500-lbs. under each wing.

Finally just wondering who in here has tried the P.11c? I've read a lot about this fiesty little Polish fighter and due to its great agility it was able to claim many kills against the Luftwaffe.

Anyone ever fly it?

I like it because of the agility. It turns on a dime!

P.S. Any chance Oleg and his boys could fix the Hurricane and P-40 ordnance loads?

In regards the the P11, it is nice to fly. Maneuverable as hell. However, I think it is way too durable. I have seen with arcade mode many hits into the engine and through the pilot with no damage at all.

Simply because Oleg needed reliable informations concerning British weapons. Any hard infos concerning bombs and rockets should be emailed to him. However, that's not new so a lot of people did their best to send as much as possible for a while, so maybe we will have them in the patch if he's satisfied..

Ok..agree totally...this has been asked for on more than one occasion, by quite a lot of people...so who knows what the patch will bring us http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.
I havent tried the P11, theres just so many planes to try out in IL2FB/aep and not enough hours in the day...i prefer to try and become reasonably competant with a few chosen favourites...Hurricanes, Spitfire, P40, P38, Mig 3U...as you can see i've got my hands full with these at the moment, but its on the list...the ever growing list...which is nice http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

P-11c was very manouverable polish fighter but had weak weapons and max speed. These bird could dive about 650 km/h (696km/h in manual) which is incorecct modelled in FB - only 450 km/h and engine broke http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

I must say I'm rather disappointed that so many people have already asked and still nothing...

Anyone else find it odd that the Mk.IIB has a hardpoint under each wing yet still not options to load external stores. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

As far as the P.11c goes I've not noticed it being too vulnerable, but I did manage a weird feat in it the other day.

I flew over an Me-323 and dropped my two 25-lb. bombs on it. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

One of them cut the right wing off with the other hitting the fuselage.

Needless to say the Gigant was no more. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I was rather proud of myself.

What I find surprising is that Oleg has lots of info from Russian war material but can't get as much from the British. Is that difficult to access the Imprial War Museum for example and ask any datas he need? I can't imagine that getting war material in Russia is easier than getting it in Britain or the US...

And Cooper, very impressive but what if the cargo was fuel, or an experimental secret atom bomb?
