I have just downloaded his P47s and they are the best skins I have seen without exception. His techniques show exceptional realism in terms of weathering and general application of colour. This guy has just raised the standard for all of us.(The Cad! http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif ) I urge you to check out his work and despair!

Yeah, that P-47 is pretty damned good, and his other skins seem pretty good as well. Wonder if he ever posts here?

Err...no, there is no Dr Carlos Carbone on il2 skins.

That's why I asked in the first place /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Thanks Canon! but why does his name not appear on the authors pull-down list?

- Fixed it! I just hadn't pressed the refresh button for a while. My apologies Serval.

Yeah Dr. Carlos Carbone's style is very similar to Rafael Flankers. They may have gone to the same art school. LOL. Some of the very best out there, to say the least. Always thirst for more of their work. God bless them all.

and did you see his beautiful desert and jungle p40 skins? Ju87? Bf109 of HJ Marseille? I HAD to do a north african war scenario with them /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

"The picture repeats itself when operations, which began with great intent and local successes, degenerated into senseless, wild hammering at fixed front-line positions once they encounter initial heavy losses and unforeseen situations. This incomprehensible phenomenon appears again and again. But, even in extremis, the Russian is never logical; he falls back on his natural instinct, and the nature of the Russian is to use mass, steamroller tactics, and adherence to given objectives without regard to changing situations."

Authors are added in real time in the drop down. If you have the download section directly bookmarked in your favorites you may have to refresh but usually just clicking the download link in the menu will do it because there's the current timestamp in seconds dynamically added in the link everytime you go on a page. This is the trick i use to bypass browser cache of the visitors.
