I purchased Just Dance 2017 Gold (digital version) on Xbox One. Its supposed to come with 3 months of unlimited but it doesn't show 3 months in game nor did I receive any code. Anyone else?

So you confirm the game you bought is Just Dance 2016? Because on the topic title I can see Just Dance 2017 and it's a bit confusing.

I believe the 3 months thing only applies to the PAL region. If you're not in that region, you'd get 48 hours (2 days). The same happened in last year's game.

Now if you are in the PAL region and haven't received 3 months, then it's probably best to go to Ubisoft Support.

So I've only got 15 hours left of the 3 days that JD2017 Gold is thinking that I only bought the regular JD2017. Tomorrow my 2 year old is gonna have a cow if she can't dance to Gentleman.

Will we receive a code to get our 3 months? Or will it update automatically (soon hopefully)?

Sorry, but how can you still be investigating it? It's already been one week since the release and THE SAME problem happened last year with JD 2016.

Same thing is happening to me. Purchased on the wii u, digital copy, with no access code. I do see that it says I have 2 days until expire but I don't even have access to the content!?!?! What's going on Ubi!?! We need answers!

I am also having the same issue, Just Dance 2017 Gold Edition but I only got two days of JD Unlimited instead of three months. I already submitted a case ticket, hope to hear from Ubisoft Support soon.

Where are the 3 MONTHS you promised?

I have the same issue on Xbox One with a physical copy but mine gave me 3 days instead of the 3 months. I already submitted a ticket to Ubisoft support.

FYI: "​​Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support. We are currently investigating an issue where some players are not receiving their 3 month Just Dance Unlimited access with their purchase of the Gold Edition of Just Dance 2017. In the meantime, please provide an image of your proof of purchase and we will look into manually adding the subscription to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience." Ticket 03770620

I have not had the subscription added yet and it's been 1 day so far. I hope for a resolution soon :(

Oh whoops. Sorry about that. I didn't realize the title said "Gold". I thought this was just talking about the regular edition of the game.

I bought just dance 2017 gold edition in the xbox one digital store on october 25. I did not get acces code for the just dance unlimited. I redownloaded the game twice but the problem persists, my gamertag is Ziak XD please help!!! On the screen the first time appered a mesagge saying that the unlitimited could not be activated try to buy a suscription in the store

I'm very disappointed. I purchased Just Dance the day it came out on Wii U. I did not receive a code and my account showed I only had Unlimited for two days. Contacted Ubisoft the next day to report the problem and provided proof of purchase. They contacted me yesterday saying we would not be getting just dance unlimited (even though I paid more for this version) and they closed the case.

I finally got the three months thanks to Dennis H from support! Those who are having this problem, open a case at Ubisoft's main support site and attach a screenshot showing proof that you purchased the Gold Edition from Xbox Live. Just a simple screenshot the game in your transaction history from xbox.com will do.

I bought JD 2017 Gold Edition (Digital version) + Just Dance 1 year pass for PS4

Currently, at the top right corner, my pass have 461 days: 365 days (1 year subscription) + 90 days (Gold edition) + 6 days (Game gave me for free)

So far so good, but when I go the JD Unlimited Submenu it only show me two options:

1) Extend my subscription
2) Enter the 3 month code that comes with the Gold Edition (disc)

So, I cannot access to the JD Unlimited song library...

Never played JD 2016 on PS4, btw

I, a couple of weeks ago, downloaded Just Dance 2017 Gold Edition from the Nintendo e shop on my Wii U. The game came with a 3 month subscription to Just Dance Unlimited. This worked for a day or two, then stopped. I never received a code or anything and I really want my 3 month subscription.
