View Full Version : Assassin's Creed 3 DLC Help

I just bought Assassin's CreedŽ III - Season Pass (DLC) through Uplay Shop and downloaded it through Uplay. I cannot access it within the game. Within the game main menu when I go to The Tyranny of King Washington or Extras I get information that the server is not available at this time. In Uplay My account information under My Games where the keys are stored I have DLC listed but it says "Uplay does not store key information for this content". I also never received any keys after purchase. In the DLC section for AC3 says "Owned" (Hidden Secrets, Battle Hardened Pack and all 3 Washington episodes). I uninstalled the game completely and redownloaded from scratch but still no luck accessing the DLC content. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Any help muchly appreciated.

Out of curiosity did you buy AC3 through uplay or steam? If you bought the game through steam I do not think the DLC from uplay will work and vice versa

No, actually I have a physical copy of the game. Bought it years ago.

I think you should contact Ubisoft's support directly, I doubt that forum moderators will be able to help you with this, this is really a matter to be solved by the support staff.

I have the exact same issue, but got no answer from ubi/uplay support . Actually it looks like i only can acces to the hidden secrets pack, and nothing else...

I have exactly the same problem, contacted tech support and they can't solve it.

My issue with the DLC was fixed. So I suggest anyone with the same or similar problem to contact support they will help you.
