OK, I've read the many posts about how hard and time consuming it is to create new maps but how hard would it be to combine already existing maps.

To do real justice to a Crimean campaign one needs a map that includes both Crimea and the Kuban area. Seems to me that even combined they together would be smaller than a couple of the other maps and would open up an arena for some really realistic campaigns !

I sorta agree, the main thing holding back decent Bomber campaigns is lack of flight distance. Combinging some maps would be one way of improving this

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.
