Unless theres a change to the engine management section of the game engine with PF, you wont be able to use that thing to its full potential. The IL2 game engine only has one power axis and one prop pitch axis at the moment, and no axis at all for mixture. Without a change, you'll still need to use keyboard commands to switch engines even with a multi-throttle controller.

True, but you could bind flaps and trims too. I'm sure you could find a good use for all the sliders the minute you got it. Right now I find my X-45 is one slider short.. I need pitch/governor, elevator trim, and flaps (for the birds w/o Combat flap positions)

As my Saitek X45 does all that I need and more, I'll just have to use that $199.95 to purchase that 9800PRO I've had my eye on. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Sad day when my wife found out how much PC parts REALLY cost. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Oh no! The dreaded "Trim on a slider" subject again... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

I bought this and you cant use it correctly im thinking of returning it becuase oleg doesnt support individial engine axis's mix axis and prop pitch axis. I mean you can get it working but not like it should.

Im thinking of holding onto it for a bit in hopes PF he will support this new product better.

Wasn't there a way to put this to use via Device Link?
