If you skip to about the 7:00-7:30 in the video you'll see not only the shield maiden with a spear but also a viking with sword and board and 2 others that seem to use the warden animation set and weapons. My knee jerk reaction to this is to assume that these specifically, the viking "wardens" are examples of a viking hero class and as such is evidence that the classes are going to essentially be the same from faction to faction, having said that they could just be a type of generic NPC that all three factions have but with different skins.

https://www.reddit.com/r/forhonor/comments/4twou3/megathread_for_honor_information/?st=iqxq9smb&sh=e1ea6d49 I made this, read up on it.

The copies of warden for all factions are just campaign low level heroes, to add difficulty most likely, if they weren't there you would just be one hit killing troops and sometimes fighting a hero, the weak types of the warden are there for that, I am pretty sure this is the case as the samurai warden hero doesn't make sense with his animations sometimes, they have little health and can't be executed, while all heroes can.

It's the same for the Samurai with shields you can lock on to.
