Hi all,

Here (http://uk.geocities.com/i.boys@btinternet.com/BB1_for_AEP.zip) is a mission pack for AEP containing some hard missions. Not necessarily hard because of the enemy, some require a high degree of airmanship. I hope you enjoy them.

Completed mine attack on FR settings (cept speed bar). Great mission. Made a nice change from shooting at things, and very challenging. Especialy navigating back to base over the water.

I look forward to trying the others tomorrow http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Are these all single missions? Can they be used as coop missions? I don't know which folder to put them in. Thanks! S!

... but most can be used as coop too.

In order to make it easier to install and later on uninstall (if need be), for downloaded missions I just create folders by authors instead of placing the missions by aircraft. So, in this case these latest batch of Ian missions I placed in my IanBoys folder. YMMV, of course, but i just find it more convenient that way.

* oh, and thanks, Ian. I tried the Red Spitfire # 2 as you suggested. Wow, talk about disorientation. How did you get it to be pitch black like that ? I don't think it will even be that dark if you set a QMB for 2 AM.

Rain clouds. It's actually quite light over the clouds. Did you get a "mission successful?"

As a long-time fan of night fighting I can tell you rthere is only one map you can get a really dark night on, and that's Moscow Winter. I can't remember if it's 2300 or 0100 you need to set the clock to, but it's one of these.

Stressful enough to provide a dry mouth and sweaty palms. Not bad, Ian. I think real combat pilots stayed home on days/nights like these.

ianboys

You'd be surprised - most of the missions come from real accounts. Spit 1 for example is based on a mission flown by the british pilot Geoffrey Wellum.

Oh, and thanks http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I quite like the Nachtjagd Ost one myself. Flew into the defensive fire of some Po-2's I hadn't even spotted though.

Anyone tried Eisenhammer yet? I won it last night at my fourth try, by cutting the Mistel throttles to 10%.

Pardon me for being a doofus, but which folder should I place this mission pack in?

This is my first attempt at downloading a third-party mission pack, so I'm not sure where it goes.

Thanks~!!

Make a folder called BB1 in any of the nationalities (I use the German one) and put all the missions in there. So it will be:

FB\Missions\Single\DE\BB1
