I'd be curious to hear about this one. How does it compare to a X45?

Best stick I had yet.Very comfortable handle and resistance setting make it special among others.Ofcourse it can`t compare to CH and Cougar but who`s got $ for that,eh?

It beats Saitek,Logitech and other budget sticks hands down.

If you want to campare it to X45,chose Afterburner 2 Shock.Ain`t got any experience with this one but if you don`t have money for pedals then Afterburner with twist handle is way better than x45.

I aint getting nothing else than Thrustmaster.Even if it breaks(knock on wood) down I aint playin FB till I find one.

THanks Carguy! I think I'll pick one up today. My Sidewinder is about gone. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif --Hammer

I agree 100%.

I have one and I absolutely love it. As far as I am concerned it is the best stick I have ever used.

I tried an X45 a couple of times but I never did get a good feel for it probably didn't use it enough. I'm sure it would be a good one too once you get accustomed to it.

i bought one awhile back and it had some problems w/ the buttons registering when i pushed on them...sometimes it would fire, other times not...

however, i sent it back to Thrustmaster and w/ their 2 year warranty, it came back in top-form.

all buttons are sharp, works awesome. glad i got this stick. reasonably priced-- lots of buttons for assigning keys, adn great customer support and warranty... the only caveat was that i had to pay for shipping back to the manufacture, $5 US dollars (1/5th of the purchase price of ~$25-30 or so...)

i think you'll like it. the others i haven't tried, but the thrustmaster top gun has a good feel...

The only thing I don't like about it is the indentations on the throttle, suppose to line up with idle and 100% settings but on mine it lines up around 94% and makes it hard to maintain 100%...Other than that it's a great stick.
Had mine for about 8 months now with no problems...
