I am using an X45 and CH Pro Rudder Pedals combination. Does anybody have any good sensitivity settings for these controllers? Also, what do you use the toe brake for, and how do I set it up in FB?

Use the toe brake for brakes. Set it up in the controls screen at the bottom under "HOTAS".

With brakes, bear in mind that IL2/FB has only one brake axis, with brake balance controlled by rudder pedals. You'll have a spare toe brake axis to play with, which you might like to try out for flaps, or possibly for gear or radiator if you have the option of using banded axes in the CH setup software.
