Can anyone tell me why there only seems to be a ONE flap setting ie. LANDING POSITION on the Hurri?

I've spotted that the AI Hurries appear to have TWO settings ie. a take-off position, and landing!

"Take off's are optional.....Landing's aren't!"

To be more accurate, the Hurricane did not have preset flap settings.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but its my understanding that varying degrees of flap were applied by holding the flap lever to the "up" or "down" position, then returning it to center when the desired amount of flap was reached.

I think you can do this in FB by setting flaps to an axis (slider, rotary).
