We should get it by next paid add-on.. cockpit and rear gunner is 95% finished, so we should get it by then /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif C-4, C-4/B, and G-2 most likely.

I thought the C4 and C4/B were already completed except for the gunner station. Besides the C4/b adds alot more than the G2. The axis needs a good early war fighter-bomber and the C4/b is it. The G2 is fairly useless.

At the start of WW2 the German army lacked experienced anti-aircraft gunners. The average gunner was so bad that the USSR decided to help them out. They did it by forcing some of their pilots to fly I-153 flak magnets. These planes were slow but very sturdy. This allowed German anti-aircraft gunners to get a large amount of target practice on a relatively small number of planes. Thanks to the Soviets help, by the end of the war the German anti-aircraft gunners were amoung the best in the world.

Shane said that after finishing the G2, they should take a look at the C4...

So the G2 for sure, and maybe the C4 if they find time and ressources...

I guess Oleg is talking about the early '04 Expansion Pack here, and the other variant could come in later add-ons/expansion packs...

About the G-2 though, I was wondering: was not that the first true night fighter version, with radar on-board?
What will be it used for, and how? What about the radar implementation?

Oleg, I hope you would consider allowing the Bf-110C-4/B to be released without the gunner position, such as we have with the Il-2 Field Modification. Many Il-2/FB gamers would welcome the addition of a heavy German fighter/bomber.

Thank you for your attention.

Is the Bf-110C-4/B ready yet?

I will second that.

I would have prefered to get the C-4/B & C-4 first personally, then the G-2, but oh well......

With the C-4 circa 1939-1941, you still-of/kind-of had somewhat of a chance against some single engine fighters (ie Hurricane, LaGG-3...) of that time, but by the time the G-2 was released, probably is a better idea to forget about trying to dogfight any single piston engine fighters of that time.....

The Night Fighter Version I believe was the 110G4 that had radar and the Muzik thingie upward firing cannons.

Damn sorry to hear.. i was really looking for C-4 versions :.. Sure I love the G-2 but I mainly fly on early war servers, where G-2 does not exist yet..

I sure hope we get C-4 too!

Indeed, the firepower of the Bf-110-C would be really welcome for the Axis flyres that preffer early war scenarios.

The speed, the weapons, the bombs and the dual engine combinations would make for a great addition in 1941/42. Not to mention the added variety to the plane set...

I sure hope the team manages to make it on time. Come on boys! May the force be with you!
