View Full Version : PS4 Season Pass rewards still not fixed?

I bought the standard game digitally off of the Playstation Store and then decided to buy the season pass all on Day 1. Haven't been able to collect anything from the rewards vendor other than the Ubi Club stuff. Saw the "potential fix" and still nothing yet for myself.

Anyone know what going on or possibly how long?

Same here, I decided to buy the season pass the other day via the PS4 store, on my psn deathstaikerx

successfully purchased, but the national guard outfit is not available at the rewards vendor and outside of checking the psn store to confirm I do own the Season Pass for The Division.

I do not see the National Guard set at the Rewards Vendor at the back of the Base of Operations

Is there any other way to know if the Massive Ubisoft servers recognize that we have the Season Pass??

This does not include the National Guard outfit set, if you receive the National Guard outfit set as part of your purchase, please make sure you also redeem that code as well. I bought the season pass and preodered the game but I have no sawed off shotgun at the rewards vendor. Got my hazmat gear and the law enforcement skins but no shotgun. That sidearm is the only reason I bought the season pass so soon. Please fix this issue. I am happy to provide any info necessary to help get this fixed.

I am having a similar issue. I purchased the Gold edition but my code does not work. I clicked on those links above and it told me that they are not available in my country. Hmmmm

I still have not received anything. Day 3 and still no reply from support in my own thread.... Purchased the pass on Day 1 and never anything. Went to ubi club and got everything there and was able to obtain it from the vendor. Downloaded the free outfit pack from the store and was able to claim it, but when I paid $40 and I receive nothing, it becomes disheartening.

I too am having the issues with my season pass items not showing up. I purchased a physical copy of the game, and then later purchased the season pass a day later via the PlayStation store..The PlayStation says season pass purchased, yet I check every few hours at the reward vendor at the base of operations and he has nothing for me other than the Hazmat outfit and Assault rifle that came with the pre-order. None of the Season pass stuff is avail however. I've NEVER purchased a season pass for any game before. And now I'm sort of regretting this one. NOT entirely because I didn't get a few knick-knacks, but it's hard for me to want to believe they'll be able to "make good" on getting us the rest of our paid for items/content when they do expand on the game.

I even put in a support ticket regarding it. Still no reply from that either...
