I Bought the collectors in mid 2015 and noticed they didn't charge me yet through my credit card however my credit card changed since then and I need to update it however when I go to put my new one in it says We apologize for the inconvenience, but your request cannot be processed at this time. Please contact customer service to assist with your needs. I put a ticket action in but no response yet. Is there any other way I could resolve this issue.

Hi Anialate! How long has it been since you submitted your Ticket to Support? If it has been more than a few days without reply please PM me your Ticket number and I will try to find out the status.
