Sorry i can't, but i can describe it in words. the "N" in "CTAJINHEU" is written in the opposite way of the "N" in English. the "U" in "CTAJINHEU" is just like "U" in English but with a small "tail" on the bottom right of "U", i guess that's the way Russian write letters. And all other letters in "CTAJINHEU" look exactly the same as that in English.

I believe it's pronounced "stalinets" with the last letter making the "ts" sound.

it is a part of a phrase in Russian meaning
"For Stalin and the Motherland" Usually, that phrase was followed by the command Forth/Attack/Forward http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif
