View Full Version : XB1 - System Freezes

The Division is causing my XB to completely lock up, to the point that I need to pull the power cable to reboot the system. I cannot even use the XB button on my controller to go to the Home screen. I basically see the game where it froze for a few seconds, and then it goes black and I hear a electronic stuttering sound. Eventually I give up and pull the power.

I have cleared my system cache. I have uninstalled the game and re-installed (painful since it is so large!!).I have connected the XB to a hard wired Ethernet connect and tested connectivity with no problems found. I have moved the XB to the DMZ on my router and no matter what I try the game continues to lock up my system every time I try to play.

I only had 2-3 occurrences in the starter area on 1/28, but after that I was able to play the game for several hours without any problems.

Now from last night until today, I cannot play more than 5 minutes before it happens and most times it happens within the first 30s of loading in to the game. I even had it happen once at the character select screen. I am currently stuck in the DZ and cannot even stay connected long enough to get to an exit and see if the problem happen in the PvE areas.

This is extremely frustrating and the game is 100% unplayable for me.
