Probably there's none, but still i fail to understand why kamikaze actions should be restricted to AI planes.

There isn't one but they are two things that strike me as pretty important if the Pacific Theatre is to be covered accurately.

How about instead of imperial measurements whatever measurements were used is what you see. I'm pretty sure this would mean the US Navy planes would have speedometers in knots and altimeters in feet, but the Japanese would have speedometers in knots and altimeters in meters (pretty sure all the Japanese gauges other than the speedometer were metric), and USAAF I would assume would have miles per hour and feet.

A simple collision between a player plane and a ship wouldn't calculate damage to the ship properly (the damage from the burning fuel and carried bombs) moreover it would probably give the wrong mission outcome.
