Hi all,
Just got AEP,and have some questions.
DirectX9 is required. Is it included on the CD?

If not, where does one get it,and how and where in FB is it installed?

Video and sound cards:I am using an MSI G4Ti4200-Td,64MB(video),and a Sound Blaster 4.1 digital(sound). Both are DirectX compatible, but nothing in the documentation addresses Directx9.If I go ahead and install AEP,Will this create a problem?

I am currently running FB version 1.21,Pentium4@2Ghz,256MB ddr RAM with the above mentioned with out any issues.

Any advice will be appreciated..
Thanks,
C.

I think it came with it, not sure.

Either way, it works just fine and I had a fresh install of a year old WinXP CD.

Install DX9 , it will not hurt you system and you will need it to run the game..

All will run fine.. but you may have to uninstall your old IL2 . Some of the users had problems installing over the old IL2FB.
I did a full cleen install , I installed IL2 fb and then the AEP , I already had DX9 on my computer , but you will need to install that if you want it to run right.
