Recently you requested personal assistance from Ubisoft Support. As we have not heard from you in the 4 days since we sent you a response, we assume your issue has been resolved and have closed your ticket.

Without knowing more of the issue I'd have to seriously recommend that you contact Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/index) for more support on the issue. We want you in the game and the best way to do that is for you to contact Support.

Since you've purchased the game through Steam you may need to contact them for a refund but first try the Ubisoft Support and see if there's anything that they can do for you.

recontact steam and tell them there is an error in calculating the time, i'm not sure if you submitted the request for ACU, perhaps you submitted refund request for AC:Rogue instead?

Probably you have this "well know bug" that many of us have too... Here is solution : http://steamcommunity.com/app/289650/discussions/0/528398719801921667 Or you can manually rename xaudio2_7.dll file in windows system folder and Unity folder.
