Does anybody know what time the normal Russian business day starts on Monday in relation to Pacific Time in the US?

If they're like American programmers they probably roll into work around 11am, kill time drinking coffee and smoking cigarette until lunchtime. Kill more time after lunch, then finally get to work around 2pm. Non-programmers harass them(i.e. meetings) and prevent real work until about 5pm when the harassers go home. The real work starts and lasts to between 9 and midnight. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif
