Hello players,

We apologize for the problems of this weekend, due to a server outage.
We are looking to resolve this issue as quick as possible for everyone.

There should also be a gift coming soon in-game to compensate the time and data lost.

The good news is the server should be back up and running but if you are experiencing the same problems please don’t hesitate to let us know.

If you made any in-game purchase, you should contact the Ubisoft support (the link is in my signature) and ask them for a refund, they will be able to do it!

I bought a starter kit and I only got a costume. Furthermore, I lost all my progress there after to re-start. I completed adventure 14 and then the game hanged. Then it became a beginning level.

lost connection again!!! this game is so stupid!!!!as soon as you get a bit further in the game it goes mental sort it out will you or im deleting the damn thing

I was on adventure 22 and then I tried playing it today. It kept saying connecting to server... every 5 secs. It would have a delay, so I shut off my phone, and turned it back on, and tried playing again. Which ended up starting the game completely over and now I'm back at adventure number one! Not Happy!!

Was playing the game and then the servers started acting up again (shocking I know). All of a sudden a get a message saying my game is being synchronized and then I lost all of my progress! Very frustrating seeing as you have to wait 8 hours for one egg to hatch!!!

I've opened a ticket with Ubisoft support more than two weeks ago about lost purchases and progress. Apart from automatic reply I haven't got any responses or updates. The ticket number is 02680575. Could somebody please take a look at this.

Hello,i deleted the game by mistake and when I downloaded it again I dindn't lost my old account but I lost all gams have. It was nearly 1300+. And food. And elezsire

Eu tinha mais de 300+ alimentos, mais de 30+ elixir, e 1000+ joias... Ambos sumiram nesse final de semana... Poderia me ajudar?

On the evening of 28.01.2016 I launched my game because I was waiting for my new egg and when game was launching I saw notification like in first day of the game and after that I saw that I lost my progress... A few hours before that everything was ok.

Wtf,?! Got a new phone, made a copy from my old one to my new one, all the data lost, all my gems, my trea was 1710 meters. And now?

Since the new update (with the new mission abilaty and new creatures) i lost all my achievements. Im on adventure 129 now and still have my 105 creatures . But now im unable to get some of th achievements or it will be to hard. (Like hatching the 100 new creatures achievement).

My game updated once I turned on my table when I got home from work. I was on level 572. After the update I lost everything.
