Any idea the issue could be? I'm running Windows 7 never having any problems with games

After some digging and searching I found the FIX to this particular issue.

If you see "nvwgf2umx.dll" in the error log it means it has to do with the NVIDIA driver. The new NVIDIA drivers are causing some problems.

DOWNGRADE TO VERSION 347.25

I have the 970 but it seems like an issue for all NVIDIA cards.
