Game crashes while loading online lobby. Is anyone else having this issue with the same GPU?

specs:
Sapphire AMD r9 390
z97c
i5-4690k
16gb RAM
Windows 7 64 bit
GPU Driver version: 15.300.1025.0 WHQL (Catalyst 15.8)

Same problem in closed beta. I started a thread about this but it looks like the forum has been cleared since then

Hi there, LouSeifer,

Have you tried downloading the newest AMD driver here?: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64

Additionally, if you are using a Crossfire set up on Windows 7 PC, please switch it off for the time of playing the Open Beta. At the moment Crossfire on Windows 7 is not yet supported but the support will be added at a later date. In order to disable Crossfire, please open Catalyst Control Center, and then click on the tab "Gaming" and "AMD CrossFire X". In the window on the right side of the application please tick the option "Disable AMD CrossFireX".

Hello ubi staff. Thanks for the help, however I have installed the latest AMD drivers and I still have the same issue unfortunately. It crashes before finding players or after but I never make it in-game. Problem occurs with both matchmaking and terrorist hunt. I do not have a crossfire setup. I have tried changing all graphics options with no avail. I updated my original post with my current driver version install

I also forgot to mention I get a notification when I start up saying I'm using an unsupported video driver. Kind of interesting

Update: I followed all the steps on this page and I still can't play the game: https://support.ubi.com/en-US/FAQ/9/2559/rainbow-six-siege-closed-beta---basic-troubleshooting/kA030000000enwOCAQ.
I have managed to log about 20 minutes of gameplay since the last closed beta.

I read in "closed beta known issues" thread the official supported drivers from AMD for this beta is 15.11. That's the driver I was using before updating to the latest driver that came out yesterday and it did not work. It never did. When I made a thread for closed beta I compiled about 10 different links to threads of all people with the same AMD card with the exact same issue. Very disappointing!
