I do not receive a recovery link via email and I have tried multiple times over the last days.
The email is **edited for account security**.

this is best done over the phone for fast response
sorry to hear you had problems with the ticket system as it has always worked fine for me

You can also call them on the phone during regular support hours <--(BEST OPTION)

I edited your post for account security, since these forums are public. I did look that email up in our back-end system, it looks like there is no account with that email.

In cases such as this, I recommend contacting us through social media or phone for a fix. (https://twitter.com/ubisoftsupport) If you include your original account's username and country, our team can investigate this for you. :)

I contacted customer support and the problem is resolved now.
