if you can't or won't to fix the cloud...maybe you can change my unity product with another game...maybe far cry 4?

That's strange because Unity saves to cloud for me.... you don't mean black flag do you ? you can save locally to hard drive, it doesn't matter if your save is on the hard drive or cloud unless you are playing on 2 different pc's.... and even then you can copy the save folder onto a usb stick or email it to yourself.

but definitely contact support.

You can easily play in offline mode, just follow these steps (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/FAQ/9/3888/how-do-i-run-the-uplay-pc-client-in-offline-mode/kA030000000eT76CAE) and you should be all set.

If that doesn't work though you should definitely contact Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/index) for further assistance.
