View Full Version : Market constantly offline - app wont connect

MY world market has been offline since launch, and i cant connect the app cause it says "No ANNO 2205 detected!" "Please connect your ANNO 2205 Version to U-Play to use this transaction feature.

Is there an easy fix for this? (Tried without firewall to be sure, still an issue)

I had this exact issue as well, but was able to resolve it by setting the game to run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (I'm on windows 10).
Hope this helps someone :)

I got this problem too, I tried doing the compatability and even excluded it in firewall, none of which worked:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Same here, can't use the app asteroid miner, the Council and the World Market.
I have the "connection not established, you are offline" issue, but server and Ubisoft Club connected ...

To everyone who is having the connection problem I WAS having the same problem. I assume you all have the uplay.exe and the anno2205.exe added to the list of exceptions in your firewall. It must be done not only in the windows fire wall but any antivirus program that you may have installed on your computer that controls or applies a firewall. (This is all in the faq instructions.) It did not work for me ether lol. Then for kicks I added the UplayWebCore.exe and the ubisoftgamelauncher64.exe to the list of exceptions and my issue was solved. The council icon lit up and I am able to transfer resources now and the little connection icon is lit up green. Maybe/hopefully it will work for the rest of you to.
Running windows 10

Got a fix !! Connect to the Ubisoft Club from your Asteroid miner App and transfer some resource to Earth. It should work after that.
