I bought a digital copy of gold edition from XBOX.com on the 20-Oct-2015 and still didn't get the free 3 month of unlimited access.
I opened a ticket more then 10 days ago but the issue didn't resolved.

I think it has been too long, I paid 60$ for this game.

Same issue since launch day

I sent the support ticket, was escalated, showed proof and nothing , no reply since then ., contacted ubisupport on twitter and nope ... still the same ...

good to know im not the only one with this issue.
