View Full Version : [PC] Uplay crash: Unawnsered tickets and emails

It's been 4 days and im still not able to fix the problem. I have emailed, posted and ticketed my problem, yet nobody is awnsering except UbiSeraphim, who told me to delete and install the latest version, which i did and stated that i did in my first post(wish you had read the post thoroughly :( ). Now, i can understand if you're having difficulties dealing with all the tickets, problems and such. But as far as i know,which may be wrong, the supposed response time thats promised to customers is 48 hours.

Again, i still have the problem, and i'd like a response. I'm not even able to launch Uplay.
