Which Nvidia Drivers Version are you using?

to me it looks like graphics streaming issue, seems you have applications running in the background eating your video card memory, so when the game is streaming textures, it always do the swapping from RAM to VRAM thus the textures popping.

i can't believe you haven't already recognize this bug that's plaguing PC since the new 358.50 update from nvidia. it's all over the forum.

Rohith is already in a discussion with Nvidia support and he is following it up with updates back here. :D I know Nvidia Shadowplay caused me similar problems in another game until I read it needed uninstalling and the settings lowered to help the driver... not sure if that will help

since the dawn of history, ubisoft never have fixed anything,

i did contact ubisoft, they will replay thanks for informing and that's it, after 3 days you get this message

"Recently you requested personal assistance from Ubisoft Support. As we have not heard from you in the 4 days since we sent you a response, we assume your issue has been resolved and have closed your ticket."

well, what more do i need to do to get their attention ?

the game has not changed only the nvidia driver has changed... so it's the nvidia driver... roll back to a previous version of the driver or go to nvidia... blaming ubisoft because nvidia has changed a driver is no smarter than me blaming YOU that it has gone wrong after Nvidia changed the driver... have you got a support email Rohith that I can contact so you can fix nvidias problems ?

Yes i'm aware of this but do you see "Driver 358.50" anywhere in the original post?!? and didn't you see that the first thing i asked is the driver version?!

i don't like to jump into assumptions, i have 358.50 driver version on windows 10 x64 and AC:Rogue plays perfectly without any glitches or bugs, so let's wait for OP reply and see if it's the driver or another issue.

"Hi Rohith,

Not much update on the bug itself, except that it's been assigned to development team to investigate. I don't see any update from development yet so I suspect they are still debugging the issue. As for the Game Ready Drivers via GeForce Experience, I can confirm that is indeed the case. We were notify of this change recently as well.

Best regards,
Ray"

soon nvidia wont provide older drivers, so we're truly screwed if the latest drivers is bugged and nvidia wont provide older drivers on their site anymore.

i downloaded an older driver today... all drivers and beta drivers are in their archive... sorry I should have posted a link I thought everyone knew... I will post one now. I'm sure Nvidia will always have an archive of drivers and if not... someone always will have one on a site.. I usually keep the last 3 drivers and delete the oldest when I download the newest... if that doesn't work I install the last driver... then when I download the next driver I delete the faulty driver... so I always have 2 working drivers at least.

For anyone who doesn't know where to find the archived drivers.
click show to look in the spoiler below for instructions... they're not a spoiler but it saves space on the page. then follow this link.

https://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk (https://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk)

go to the drivers page SELECT BETA DRIVERS AND ARCHIVE

Change the settings to your card and operating system..then press search

Choose 1 of the older drivers I like 355.82... download and run it and you're all ready to go :)
