I thought you may enjoy this, it was my fave 109, online earlier on tonight. It features an unfortunate, well, watch and see:

MPEG ( 9Mb )

Enjoy - note, if anyone wants Real Media format, let me know.

weird noise? how many seconds in? I think you might be talking about a kinda 'cracking' noise, if so I think it's his wing leaving his fuselage http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

No, it's the video compression. It makes a weird sound, sometimes, but not everytime you play the movie.

(Got it one out of 3 times)

Good Kill, anyway /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

The Windows Media Encoder (.wmv) does pretty good job at 800+kbs VRB. The best imho is to use divx or xvid encoding, but that's a lot of reading/tries for a little gain here. I cannot recommend MPEG. The quality to size ratio is very bad.

I got that sci-fi sound too. Kinda funny. Like if the K4 used some deuterium power plant or Anakin Skywalker's racer engine from the 1st episode of StarWars to climb /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif But very nice example of BnZ.

Thanks for the info, I'll redo the movie in a different format. What is your opinion of Real Media format?

Glad you liked the BnZ ;-)

The detail in the video looks great, is that how it looks when you play, or did you do some adjusting?

Thanks!

Why does your view move around when you are in the cockpit view? How do you do that?

Thanks!

Yup, it is how it looks in-game, it is also very smooth, unlike in the video. (I suspect the reason it's not smooth in the video is because of Fraps. I need to experiment a bit more to get it smooth etc).

As for how the head moves - Track-IR /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
